Activities |
Hi, I have a very active four year old and would love to get him into a club outside of his centre eg. sports. I can't find anything other than a five week soccer thing at the Edgar stadium. Does anybody know of anything?
Thanks.

re: Activities |
Hi! I have read your request before and found myself at a loss for suggestions. It may be and idea to try asking at your local citizen advice bureau. Or look in at your library noticeboard. Are there others that you know with four year olds ? what do they do. You could ask Plunket, and other organisations or just look in the yellow pages. There are dance groups that sometimes offer programmes for young children. Apparently my daughter in law enquired at our local Rock n Roll club about lessons for herself as well as for my 3yr old grandson; apparently they teach all ages, no problem. So maybe just think of organisations out there and just ask if they are happy to have a 4yr old member. I hope this is helpful. Good luck

Living in the middle of the country, I too was concerned about my three and a half year old getting out and doing other activities. I went to the nearest Preschool and asked them about around the area activities. They had a small selection of flyers for activities around the area. Hope this helps.
