Kaukapakapa Playcentre ...welcomes you to the world of child’s play, here both the child and adult can experience learning and playing side by side together. Challenge your inner child, and express it to the new generation with a sense of pride and achievement.
Enhance your child's learning with the high adult to child ratio’s, imparting learning through the power of play and sense of belonging within the environment. We believe this is important in our rural community, as the children grow up along side each other and then move onwards to school together.
We have a well equipped centre, a full range of curriculum areas, a zoom slide, fort, shaded sandpit and a nursery with a portacot. We do organised outings with the children to help them gain greater understanding of their outer world. They learn about themselves and how to communicate with their peer group, both younger and older, with the support of other family members.
Kaukapakapa Playcentre was established in 1976, and has a strong community following, we are located at Sinclair Park on Macky Road (Take the turn off by the Anglican church , then the next road to the right), and enjoy a peaceful relaxed rural outlook.
