Centre Hire

Playcentre Aotearoa will use an online booking system for centre hires outside of session times. If a centre wants to hire out their building, they can provide a website link for their community to book birthday parties, etc. A volunteer at the centre will have access to the system to make times available to book, hirers will book and pay online, and the required documentation will be sent to the Property team once the allocated centre whānau review the application.

Payments will be sent to the Playcentre Aotearoa bank account and will be allocated as income to the centre in Business Central.

Income from Centre Hire is considered fundraising, on the principle that it is mainly the result of the effort of centre whānau.
