Ministry funded Flu Vaccinations

As per the Ministry of Education Bulletin on 28 April, the Ministry is providing one-off funding to cover flu vaccinations undertaken between now and 30 June 2020 for the Education workforce.

The Education workforce for Playcentre Aotearoa includes:

Any person regularly rostered to be on Playcentre sessions to meet the ongoing licensing requirements for sessions (i.e. anyone on your supervision plan with a qualification contributing to the licensing requirements for your session).

For staff this means that the following people are eligible: Session Support Workers, Session Facilitators, Big Kids Leaders, CSWs, Programme Facilitators and any other staff who work directly with children, for example supporting children with additional learning needs. If you are unsure, please talk to your line manager directly.
