The Workplace Support team continues their support under the new Covid restrictions.
The Workplace Support office is temporarily unavailable to visitors during Level 4 restrictions. However, their frontline On-site Staff Support service, as well as Counselling and our other support services can still be accessed but are now available by phone or online.
We know that this could be a difficult period for many, and it is helpful when employees know that they can reach out for wellbeing support during this time. For those employees who have appointments booked in with our Counsellors, we have contacted them to reconfirm that their appointments will now be provided by phone or online.

For support after hours (5pm to 9am week days and weekends), press #1 to leave a message or #2 to speak to the Duty Manager. We usually triage to assess needs and commonly refer onto Counselling soon after.
