GOSH is a user-friendly, online system for reporting health and safety incidents to replace the paper-based system that centres have previously been using.
GOSH will help users to create a safer and healthier play and work environment for everyone. It helps us efficiently respond to incidents in our centres and workplaces and achieve compliance to health and safety legislation.
By recording, tracking and analysing incidents, we can identify and address any risks or hazards that may affect our tamariki, their whānau, and our employees.

At centres, first aiders should be the primary users. However, anyone can report near misses. Playcentre Staff working at centres or offices can report an incident (a near miss, serious or minor injuries, or early sign of discomfort) by completing an ‘Adult incident report’.
