To ensure accurate documentation of enrolments and attendance are maintained.
Ensure enrolment forms are completed, up to date and on file for each child at the centre
Maintain the Register of Attendance and/or sign-in sheets for each session each term
Prepare the Termly documentation including Adult roster, child enrolled list, 20 Hrs ECE record, sign-in sheets and/or Register of Attendance
Liaise with the Regional Centre Administrator to complete required Ministry of Education returns
