Auto-forwarding of emails to be turned off

Auto forwarding of emails to external addresses will be turned off in Exchange starting from next week. This is a security measure that we are implementing to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and to comply with the company’s data protection policy. Auto forwarding of emails can expose confidential data to external parties, create spam issues, and increase the risk of phishing attacks. By turning off auto forwarding, we are enhancing the security of our email system and protecting our company’s reputation and assets.

Please note that this change will only affect the auto forwarding of emails to external addresses. You can still forward emails manually or set up rules to forward emails to internal addresses.

If you have any questions or concerns about this change, centres please contact [email protected] and staff please contact [email protected]. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Centre Internet

The quality of internet in Centres has been an issue for some time and Playcentre Aotearoa have been working on a solution.  The final details are still being worked through, but this is a heads-up that there will be changes in the second half of August which will provide an upgrade for those Centres using hot-spot internet.  We are keeping actions required by Centres to an absolute minimum and Centre Advisors will bring any new hardware required with them on a Centre visit during August.  More information will be sent out before the changes are implemented.
