Visitor Sheet (Downloads)

These provide visitors with some basic information when they arrive at your centre.

There are two versions, one generic version which does not require any editing and a second version where you can include your Centre name and contact information.

Introduction to Playcentre Powerpoint

  • These slides are to help leaders at Playcentre to facilitate a discussion for their new Playcentre whānau.
  • Ideally scheduled after the new whānau have enrolled and experienced Playcentre for some weeks.
  • This discussion can be facilitated on session or off session in the evening. Small groups of 3-5 people are ideal. You could work together with neighbouring centres to facilate these discussions.
  • An advantage of holding this as a discussion is the richness of conversation about Playcentre and shared experiences.

Guidance Cards

  • These guidance cards are for centre members to use when they are welcoming visitors to their centre.
  • There is a card for the first, second and third visit and an editable card where you can add centre specific information that you may wish to share.
  • These guidance cards are A5 in size, with two cards to each A4 page, so that centres can easily download and print the cards.
