Te Whānau Tupu Ngātahi o Aotearoa – Playcentre Aotearoa is a well known and loved Early Childhood organisation with over 80 years of supporting parents to take the lead in their children’s learning through play. Playcentre operates over 400 Playcentres throughout the country.

This is a fixed term position based at our National Office in central Porirua – conveniently close to the train station and the mall!

16 June 2025 or sooner if possible
Location:
National Office, Porirua.
Days & hours:
Monday to Friday working 40 hours a week. This is a fixed term position ending on 16 December 2025
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Processing of vendor invoices and expense claims for payment
- Reconciliation of credit card claims
- Managing approvals
- Providing reliable month end reports
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience using finance system software
- Some familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping
- Honesty, discretion, sensitivity, self-discipline and resilience
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and computer literacy
- Organised – excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
