This role oversees the coordination of our Education workshops. It involves ascertaining centres and students face-to-face workshop requests, organising workshop venues, allocating tutors and resourcing workshops. You will work alongside the Education team to provide a positive learning experience for our ākonga in Playcentre.

0.25 FTE (10 hours per week)

43 weeks per year

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role. They will have excellent time management, attention to detail and a can-do-attitude.

They will:

· Be confident in IT systems and Microsoft Suite.

· Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Enjoy working in a team and collaborative environment.

· Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Have knowledge of Playcentre and our philosophy.

Note

· Due to our recent restructure, preference will be given to affected staff.

· Current Playcentre Education programme students are unable to apply.
