Our Mana office is looking for a switched-on administration professional who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced HR team. We’re looking for someone to support the team members to complete BAU tasks and help ensure we are meeting targets. Position description:

This role is based at our National Service Centre in Mana, Porirua where the train station is a 5min walk and parking is free!

It is a permanent part time role working 30 hours per week.

This is a customer focused role where we strive to supply top quality service to our National, Regional, and centre-based staff. A typical day would see you submitting Police vets, working through vacancy requests, maintaining HR records and Sharepoint queries.

We’re looking for someone who ideally has experience in an administrative role and with using Microsoft programmes, in particular SharePoint. They’ll have great relationship management skills and a proven ability to interact effectively and confidently with a wide range of people. Experience in an ECE or Playcentre environment is useful, but not essential.
