About the role

We are calling for all current or past Playcentre members who know they have the skills and passion to lead and manage a team of regional staff, and who know how to keep Centres at the core of what we do.

Location

Working mostly from the Albany regional hub but some travel required.

Hours

30hrs a week

Skills and experience required

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, listening and written)
• The ability to manage a geographically spread team
• The ability to work autonomously, and within a wider team
• Knowledge and experience in licencing and compliance of Playcentre
• Experience in managing a budget
• Knowledge of what property, HR and H&S needs are at Playcentre
• The ability to build a rapport and motivate people
• Experience with incorporating bi-cultural and multicultural focus into practice
• Relationship building skills (internal and external stakeholders)
• An interest in how we can all work together to keep Playcentre special and valuable
• Ability to adjust to change, and embrace new ideas
