National Property Administrator


We have two vacancies in an exciting role where no two days are the same and there is room to grow!

We are looking for switched-on administration professionals who can hit the ground running in our National Property team. We’re looking for 2 people to support the team members to complete insurance claims, assist in organising property repairs & maintenance, and assist in seeking funding among various tasks to keep you on your toes. Position description:

These roles are based at our Lower South Island office in Dunedin. They are permanent full-time roles.

This is a customer focused role where we strive to supply top quality service to our National, Regional, and centre-based staff. A typical day could see you responding to queries from Centres, managing documentation from a Centre hire, updating our property database or assisting Regional Property Managers to organise a contractor for a property repair.

We’re looking for 2 people who ideally have experience in an administrative role and with using Microsoft programmes, in particular SharePoint as well as Discover SMS or similar. They’ll have great relationship management skills and a proven ability to interact effectively and confidently with a wide range of people. Experience in an ECE or Playcentre environment or in Property/Construction/Trades Administration is useful, but not essential.
