We have a great opportunity for an excellent payroll administrator to join our dedicated team in our national office.

This position is part-time – 20 hours per week, preferably proportioned over five days, and is for a fixed term of 12 months. Our office is based in Mana, close to the train station, and has onsite free car-parking.

The successful applicant will have the ability to process payroll and assist with all the functions in a high volume, end to end payroll.

Skills and experience

  • Intermediate payroll experience in varied and challenging roles.
  • Previous experience using Timefiler and IMS payroll would be an advantage or ability to pick up other systems easily.
  • Good excel skills, as role involves setting up payroll rosters and updating schedules in Timefiler.
  • Sound knowledge of Payroll legislation and Employment Relations Act.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
