Programme Administrator - Upper North Island


Purpose of the Position To maintain Playcentre Programme records, documents and databases; coordination and management of administration required to run programmes in the Upper North Island Region


About the Role

  • Keeping participant records up-to-date and programmes files maintained;
  • Supporting facilitators;
  • Providing administrative support to Facilitators;
  • Supporting participants;

Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Playcentre PIA course minimum (this is required);
  • Strong communication and administrative skills;
  • Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge and understanding of Playcentre Programmes;
