Exercise

It’s important to take care of both your mind and body during lockdown.

One way you can do this is to get fresh air during the day. This may mean yoga fun in the garden or a walk around the block.

There are lots of different ways to exercise and there are plenty of resources available. If your looking for ideas here is an example:

From the 30th of March TV1 will be playing adults Les Mills Classes for one hour at 9am every day. These include Bodybalance, Bodyattack and Bodycombat  and they do not require equipment.

On TV2 at 3pm they will be playing children’s workouts called Born to Move.
