Currently the Ministry of Education is reviewing the ECE Regulations, which impacts on the Licensing Criteria. Playcentre already does a lot, if not all that is included in the NELPs, it is interwoven into practises we have that align with our philosophy and ethos. From 31 August 2021, the minimum room temperature required in early learning services will increase from 16 degrees to 18 degrees Celsius in line with World Health Organisation guidelines.
