We have created a fold-out with an overview of the new framework, becoming a branch and what this means for centres.  The design of this foldout was created for print, so please bear with us while we get this out to all centres.  It is being printed and distributed now.

If you have a question about becoming a branch or how centre finances will work under the new operational model we encourage you to talk to your Centre Advisor, submit a question prior to our Zoom Hui or check out the information on our website.  If you missed our December Zoom Hui, there will be more Zoom Hui in the new year.

We have also created videos, which aim to provide a quick overview of the rationale for change and the branch agreement.  There is also detailed  information regarding the background on our website.

If your centre is interested in taking the steps to become a Branch, you can find a copy of the Branch Agreement along with Participation Resolutions required for the centre to review, agree to and sign on our website.  It is important to read the cover letter carefully so that you understand the process that needs to be followed.

We encourage you to get dates for these hui booked so that all centre whānau can be involved in the discussion about becoming a branch.  If you need support with this, please talk to your Centre Advisor.

Centres that sign and return the branch agreement by the end of the year will be prioritised with the aim to have a Kaimahi in place during Term 1 2025.  Applications are now open for the Kaimahi role. If you’re interested in this role, please see our vacancies.
