Each month we let you know which policies/ procedures are up for review so you can give us feedback. Centres as a whānau decide whether the national policy/ procedure is suitable or if changes might be required. Centres may choose to do this in a way that suits their centre, ensuring that they allocate a person to submit feedback.

Update to Privacy and Information Policy
Playcentre Aotearoa is committed to protecting the information and privacy of whānau, tamariki and workers . We do this by ensuring your privacy is protected in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
Our Privacy and Information Policy (previously privacy policy) has been updated to provide clarity on how personal information is used, including it’s use for Playcentre Aotearoa to communicate directly with you. Purposes for which information may be disclosed to third parties (such as the Ministry of Education, as required by law or to operate Playcentre Aotearoa and the Parenting Place (SPACE).
A new section relating to enrolment forms has been added, along with clarity around the sharing of information you have provided to us with Centre whānau and workers (example: disclosure of a food allergy).
