Creation Station NZ
Creation Station NZ is run by Justin and Angela Muni and family. They are based in Kawerau in the sunny Bay of Plenty.
Angela started the business as something other than being “mum” when her oldest child was born. She attended Space at Tauriko Playcentre and loved it! The business grew too much to continue just in nap times and when their second child arrived, Justin came on board to help. Angela attended Otumoetai Playcentre for a year before the family moved to Kawerau.
Justin and Angela welcomed their third child soon after the move and are super grateful to have found Edgecumbe Playcentre to attend.
Creation Station NZ is a full time job and was recently a finalist in the Network NZ Business Awards. Angela is the “office lady”. She does everything from checking and couriering orders to accounts, marketing, website updates and more….
Justin has a background in sign writing. He is the design and production manager – all items are designed and printed on the range of equipment. Their product range includes custom printed clothing, magnetic whiteboard planners, dishwasher safe mugs, vinyl decals and more.

I am Michelle Marino. I began at Koutu Playcentre in 2012 heavily pregnant with Baby No.2 and a BUSY 13mth old to entertain. Playcentre was a life saver for my family. I have formed some wonderful lifelong friendships. Now that both my children are at school I have begun delivering 401 & 402 around Rotorua and nearby surrounds, and have also been doing corporate & sports uniforms from home. Currently outsourcing the branding, but hoping to be doing that ourselves in the near future. I am open and honest & if I believe another supplier can complete your request cheaper I will tell you, as I fully understand the financial pressure the Playcentre environment can bring. I will also provide feedback & options to minimise print costs but still retain the full impact you are aiming for.
