Okato – The beginning of the final stage

From 1st December we are starting the major roof replacement for Okato, 500sq meters. This has taken a few years to get to this point with 2 major floods causing some serious damage and being closed for a 6-week period.  Much of the damage has been rectified and we have wrapped the building to care for it, coddling it in plastic until we can change it.

Outram Playcentre Projects

Outram Playcentre recently had several projects completed at their centre, including some fort repairs and the increase in the height of a fence which did not meet the fence minimum height.  Many thanks to DLB, Dunedin, in particular to Hamish and Derek, for the great work.

Centre Hires

Playcentre has been using an online booking system designed to handle one-off Centre hires to simplify the user experience and streamline operations. Those centres signed up to use it have been very positive with their feedback in regard to how simple and quick the process is. Please complete the Centre Hire – Activation form to register your interest.

Reminder: Timely Departure for Scheduled Contractor Work

If you have contractors scheduled to complete work, please ensure you leave the premises on time. Contractors are unable to begin their tasks until all members have vacated the space. Your cooperation helps avoid delays and ensures work can be completed as scheduled. Thank you!
