Annual General Meeting 2021 timeline
The 2021 Annual General Meeting of Te Whānau Tupu Ngātahi o Aotearoa – Playcentre Aotearoa will be held online again this year, based on members feedback following AGM 2019 and AGM 2020. Further to the timeline below, additional AGM 2021 information will be available in future Bulletins.
AGM papers available: Monday 31st May 2021
Regional ropu Māori online meetings: Friday 4th to Thursday 24th June, 2021
Regional governance online meetings: Friday 4th to Thursday 24th June, 2021
AGM paper Question deadline: 12 noon, Friday 25th June 2021

Board Member Update
Ruth Jones will be ending her current term as Co-president early for family reasons this month. We will miss our dear friend’s humour, heart, passion and unique skills on the board but support her future plans and wish her well. We thank Ruth for the many years she has volunteered at Playcentre which started with her first child enroling in 2000 at Hataitai
Playcentre. We most especially express our gratitude for Ruth’s recent terms as Trustee (2017-2018), and as Co-President (2018 -2019, 2019-2021). Avis, Tiso, Char and Ranee support Michelle Hutton to move into the Tangata Tiriti Co-President role this month.
