Our Group financial statements have been prepared and our auditors are now going through their final checks before they sign-off on these. I’d like to thank all our Treasurers again for your assistance. I’m certainly glad the process is almost over as it has been one of the most difficult tasks I have undertaken in my professional career. In the next Bulletin I will be able to give an overview on our financial results for the 2020/21 year.
During the last couple of months, as producing the Group Accounts took all my time, queries sent to AskFinance weren’t answered in a timely manner, for which I apologise. Going forward we will try to respond with an answer within a few days.
Cath McKee has joined the Finance team as Assistant Accountant. Cath is a Chartered Accountant who has served as Treasurer at two Playcentres, so she is well placed to support Treasurers. If you need new Users set up in Xero or have other Finance queries, please continue to send requests to [email protected] though, and one of the team will pick up the request from there. Cath will also be supporting our National/Regional managers on Finance matters. Welcome Cath!
