Congratulations to our 100th graduate for 2024!

Congratulations to Giedre Avard from Warkworth Playcentre who was our 100th graduate, with Tessa Hiam from Mount Albert hot on Giedre’s heels! And a special mention to Mount Albert who have had THREE Level 4 certificate completions at their centre in the past month!

Be part of the 400 in Term 4!

Starting back in Term 1 2025:

  • PL6 only – 23 Jan
  • All other iQualify modules – 1 Feb
  • Face-to-face workshops and webinars from week 2

Keen to get that assessment task off your plate?

Did you know that Playcentre is funded by the Tertiary Education Commission to offer Playcentre Education free of charge to Playcentre parents and whānau?

However… we don’t actually receive funding until learners submit their assessment tasks. While we know that you get lots of learning out of the workshops/webinars/online content, we really appreciate it when you also get through the assessments… Not only do they help consolidate your learning, but they also provide the income that allows us to continue to offer free education into the future.

With one month of the Playcentre year left to go, now is a great time to finish any outstanding modules you may have started this year! If you need help getting going again, reach out to your tutor, or drop-in to an online support session to chat with a friendly and experience tutor:
