Things are moving forward in the fundraising space, and we wanted to give you a quick update.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out via [email protected]. We’re working hard to respond as quickly as we can. Our apologies to those we haven’t been able to get back to in time, and a big thank-you to the centres who have continued with their campaigns while we troubleshoot behind the scenes. Your patience, persistence and understanding are hugely appreciated.
We’ve been focusing on the areas causing the most confusion, and we’re close to finalising clear, consistent FAQs on these, along with other need-to-know information, such as:
- How to deposit fundraising cash, who can and how.
- Cash floats and who can manage them
- How to pay for fundraising campaign items
- How do we access our fundraising budget
We welcome a new team member this week, Anna Gandy. Anna will be working 20 hours a week in the Fundraising Coordinator role and will assist with both centre- and national-level fundraising campaigns, which will see us flying high in 2026, along with some great campaigns celebrating our 85th anniversary.
You’ll receive a full organisation-wide update within the next two weeks; with everything you need to keep things moving.
