Clyde Playcentre – Interior Renovations
Clyde Playcentre have put a lot of work into renovating their playcentre interior recently, with new flooring (vinyl & carpets) and a fresh coat of paint and Autex. The centre obtained some of their own funds and also obtained grants for these works. They have transformed their centre!
Grants were obtained from Alexandra Rotary Club, Alexander McMillan Trust, Central Lakes Trust and Otago Community Trust. Contractors involved were Mattys Decorating, Floor Pride Alexandra and Aotea Electric.
Centre Hires
We’re continuing to move centre hires onto the online system. Those centres signed up to use it have been very positive with their feedback in regard to how simple and quick the process is. Please complete the Centre Hire – Activation Form to get your centre set up.
There have been multiple feature requests for various options (e.g. different hire durations, optional cleaning fee etc), which will be reviewed and prioritised as ongoing mahi to continue improving the system for everyone.
Reminder: Timely Departure for Scheduled Contractor Work
If you have contractors scheduled to complete work, please ensure you leave the premises on time. Contractors are unable to begin their tasks until all members have vacated the space. Your cooperation helps avoid delays and ensures work can be completed as scheduled.
