Hiring your centre
As a community-based organisation and for fundraising purposes, we may hire out or allow access to our Playcentre environments outside of Centre sessions for non-Playcentre purposes. This may be from time to time or in regular instances. Use by third-parties for alternative purposes introduces risk and complexity that requires careful management by those with Playcentre environment responsibilities.
Centres must fill out the correct documentation for hiring out their centre. These forms and the Hire of Playcentre Facilities Procedure are located on the website Current Hire Documents here. Please note you need to log-in to the member log in area to view them.
If you do not complete the correct documentation and send it to your Regional Property Coordinator, https://www.playcentre.org.nz/current-members/property/property-contacts/, for approval your insurance will be null and void.
