Your Centre Advisor will continue to visit your Centre as usual. The introduction of the Kaimahi will ensure that duties not currently covered as part of the Centre Advisor role are now carried out by a different employee – this will allow more time for the CA’s to focus on children’s learning/curriculum, relationships and growing your Centre.
Centre whānau will be able to focus on adult education to support your children’s learning as the administrative burden lifts. This will be supported by the Centre Advisor, with the Kaimahi able to support the promotion of education and guide Centre whānau in the enrolment process when required.
