The good news is that we’ve been able to escalate these concerns beyond the usual support channels, reaching Discover’s Senior Leadership Team. While large software companies can take time to respond, we’ve made meaningful progress over the past couple of months in helping them understand the real-world impact these issues are having on our centres.
