PE4 Te Kākano (Te reo me ona tikanga Māori) workshops were held on Saturday and Sunday at Taupō Whaanau Playcentre over the weekend. Here we have ākonga proudly holding taonga they made, poi, tī raakau and taiaha. Ākonga are inspired and motivated to utilise their new knowledge and taonga on session with their whaanau and tamariki.
If you are keen to hold a face to face PE4 Te Kākano module or a Learning Through Play poi and tī raakau workshop at your Playcentre, please contact Barbara Cooper for UNI and CNI regions [email protected] or Chrissie Sundstrum for LNI, USI, LSI regions [email protected]
