Thank you to everyone for all the effort you put in to Playcentre Open Week this year.

We advertised online with Stuff, NZ Herald, Google adverts and had a large social media campaign. We also partnered with Tots to Teens and Family Times. Click on the overview below to see the results.

It was great to see centres take this campaign up with such enthusiasm. Hundreds of stories were shared on social media.

It is always difficult to gage the impact of Playcentre Open Week. However, even some of the more quiet centres reported being visited by half a dozen new families. At a national level, during Playcentre Open Week we saw a spike in the traffic to the Playcentre website. In fact, last month saw the greatest number of visitors to the website, ever.

The number of people using the find our centre function was up 118% on the previous month alone.

As the ‘Share your story’ campaign was so successfully received, we will be making this a permanent feature on the website for the foreseeable future.
