Insufficient Licensing Process

Where a centre does not have sufficient members to meet the above requirements on a particular day, they need to follow the Insufficient Licensing Process.

This must be followed whether a centre is able to access discretionary funding or not.

If there is no First Aider the session must not operate, however where specific qualifications are missing the Ministry of Education must approve the session as safe to operate.
