On 4th June 2019, Playcentre will be legally amalgamated by the High Court. Playcentre Aotearoa will now be a single consolidated charitable trust.
This could not have happened without the combined effort of everyone persevering and coming together. We would like to thank all of you for supporting this process and we will continue to focus on maintaining and strengthening our people, Centres and rōpū.
Thank you again to all the centres, associations, staff and volunteers who have made this possible.
Playcentre will continue its work in the community now as a single, vibrant, organisation.
The management team will ensure that the final part of the amalgamation process is carried out as smoothly as possible. There will be more details in the upcoming June edition of The Playcentre Bulletin and on the Playcentre Website.
