A reminder that if you are wanting to set up your Centre as an immunisation hub (as per the Ministry of Education Bulletin on 23rd November) then you will need to complete Playcentre Aotearoa hire documentation process.
Reminder about data retention and disposal timelines
All records required to support funding claims must be retained for a minimum of seven years. This includes paper-based or electronic records. After this time, we suggest records be deleted or securely disposed of.

Ramadan information webinar for early learning and school staff
Practising Muslims will be observing the holy month of Ramadan from mid-March to mid-April in 2024.
We will be hosting opt-in webinars for early learning and school staff, including an introduction to Ramadan, and guidelines for supporting students, learners, colleagues and whānau who are observing Ramadan.
