Property Budget Funding Assistance
Playcentre Aotearoa has over 420 properties and many of these have not had significant amounts spent on them in recent years. While money from bulk funding is directed to assist with the maintenance and capital works on property this is only 6% of levies which equates to $50,000 per month. We appreciate that further funding needs to be put into maintaining buildings but sadly Playcentre Aotearoa does not have the funds to support every project. Please make sure you discuss your projects with your Regional Property Coordinator right from the start.
