There are 2 things you can do today to help us all be good stewards of the tamariki’s money in telecoms.

 1) Record a Voicemail greeting. When lines aren’t identified, we can’t figure out which are in use and which can be disconnected. Please press and hold 1 on your Samsung mobile phone to get into Voicemail and record a greeting that identifies you or your centre.

2) Tell us how testing is going – if your centre has a DIPH Digital Island Phone & Hotspot mobile and a modem/router, then we are paying double. Please email [email protected] to give them a heads up how the data is working and we can work together towards a single solution and disconnect old services.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Want voicemails to automatically convert into texts? Here’s how…
  • Download Spark Voicemail app by Norwood Systems from the Google Play Store on your phone. It makes a text transcription of voicemail messages which shows up as a red text alongside your regular texts. It may have some errors because it can’t understand all the words, so it also gives you an easy way to listen to the VM message.
