COVID-19

The Government has announced that the Alert Levels imposed on the country this week will continue for another 12 days. That means Auckland remains on Level 3 and the rest of the country, Level 2. As you know, the Ministry of Education has advised that under Alert Level 3, Playcentres should close. Under Level 2, Playcentres are advised to open, while observing public health requirements. We have been here before – please check on our website under COVID-19, particularly the May 11 – 18 Updates for information you may need and checklists to ensure Centres are safe and hygienic. There is also other useful guidance on the website for Centres impacted by the latest spread of the virus. In terms of funding during this latest move to Alert Level 2 and 3, we will keep you notified as we receive information from the Ministry.

QR Code A reminder that under Alert Level 2, when Centres remain open, they are required to display the NZ COVID Tracer App QR code. The QR posters were sent to Centres in June. If you need the QR Code to be resent, contact your regional manager.

Telecommunications

For those of you who still have questions about the change in our telecommunications, please read the latest update from our Accounts Manager, Karen Flattery. Have a good weekend, and stay safe.
